Occasionally, we all push in the same scenario was unflattering driving over the speed limit on a road without a care in the world – at least until a police car starts chasing them. This is where we begin to tremble in our boots. In some cases, we make a break for it, hoping our horse to trust can escape the highway patrol car while trying to gallop to keep pace. Unfortunately for the residents of the West Midlands, UK, new car trying to flee the highway became a more difficult task. As a donation made by Lotus, and at the Autosport International Motor Show, the UK’s police force will have a Lotus Evora police car to facilitate the prosecution .. Oh yes, dear criminals. The 280 hp sports car will be stuck in your mirrors until you cry ‘uncle’, and touching the shoulder of the highway. The police car Evora will be given a two-week trial run in a stretch of highway along the West Midlands, which covers 450 miles, together with a number of major routes, including the M5, M6 and M2 motorways.
Outside, the police car Evora appears to have maintained the same dynamics as an aesthetic version of a statement of Evora except for some obvious additions. Lotus dressed him with an unmistakable uniform of the police, police badges standard, and police lights on the roof, grille and interior panel. Performance
The police car Evora is being named as the fastest car of the police in the UK. With an engine that has a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 280 horsepower – the same as the stock version of Évora 2010 – this speedster law enforcement is able to hit north-to-60 in less than five seconds with a top speed of 168 mph, while also running at 30 miles per gallon.
Suffice it to say that this is not the kind of police car that you would like to see in your rearview mirror in the foreseeable future.
Competition
Criminals beware! While Evora may not represent the same menacing presence as other police cars, do not sleep on this little sportster yet. What it lacks in intimidation, certainly pays off in high speed and power, the likes of which have never been seen in the police force in the UK.
